The warmth and organic feel he gets from using a canvas with life is something he finds exhilarating. Javier says: “Nature is already a work of art. I was born and raised in the countryside. Walking on roads that hung from the mountains, I found myself wanting to do something with that immensity. Moving forward in my life, I got to know the life of the neighborhoods and the cities, and I later ventured to other squares of the world. So far, I have been a teacher, a housewife, a freelance journalist, an amateur actress, an artist’s manager, a producer, and a radio host. I have rescued some thirty strays’ cats and dogs, I have written, I have published books, and I have professionally exercised the readings of the Marseille Tarot.

Growing up as an itty bitty Migdalia, strong woman figures like pinups and wonder woman really made an impression on me. I was fascinated by their look, taken by their beauty, and empowered by their fierceness! It’s no surprise that my childhood doodles on paper plates were of the almighty woman.
